Xerox PE 120i freezes?

Xerox PE 120i = 4720F Samsung once fully warmed up the keyboard locks up but in the meantime, you can do copy / print from the menu / print from the computer, but you have only one page before it freezes up I updated the firmware, reseated all the connectors on the motherboard, there is no ram to reinstall, I can not get the battery (It is welded in?), I have access to Samsung (Samsung dealer), but as it is labeled as Xerox I can not help.
