Do I need to make reservations for these restaurants WDW?

So I'm going to Walt Disney World May 19 to 24 (week before the weekend Memorial Day in). Anyway, I have already made my reservation for V & A (gf and I are excited about it). But we discuss seat reservations to eat other WDW while we're here. Obviously this is a must (and in most cases, is already reserved) for character meals and dinner shows. But what of other casual dining places to eat or signature. Places we thought were: Town Square Tony, Jiko, Teppan Edo, Kona Coffee. The key is that we have a tentative plan for where we are going be every day, but we still want some freedom from our plans (if our booking service is and we're not in this park, we wanted remain in a better place, or simply are not even hungry). But yes, so for places to eat other non-WDW is eat, V & A, or dinner shows Am I still really need to make a reservation? ~ G

Yes you need to make ADR for every seat restaurant you want. Also plan to be a little flexible so that your first choice may not be available. Congratulations V. & A! We made our ADR 90 days from the day and still could not get lunch for one of our choices. (Lecelles). I understand that you can unflex schedule – but it comes with the territory. This year, we only service plan to counter and register in all the other nights you sit in the pocket. In this way we could recover some flexibility and still dine in some wonderful places.
