I have an acoustic guitar classic How do I clean>?

it has white stripes on it …… Is it wrong to varnish wood on the body of the guitar ….. I also need more tips on how to keep my guitar in excellent condition?

All our guitars Catalyzed urethane varnish current use and requires very little care. I suggest a slightly damp cloth to remove body oils followed by a soft cotton cloth and clean dry finsh. There is no need for chemicals or polishing with this durable finish. My guitars earlier (Numbers Series ending with 23 or less) were finished with lacquer quality instrument nitrocellulose. Lacquer requires a little care when handling, to take the following steps to protect your new instrument. Do some "preventive" cleaning every time you play to avoid a number problems in the future. A soft cotton cloth is best for polishing and cleaning guitars. Flannel guitar polishing cloths "are available in local music stores. Otherwise, use an old 100% cotton T-shirt printing or graphics to wipe the guitar after playing. Paper products such as tissues, napkins and paper towels can actually scratch finished a fine guitar, especially if it is a lacquer or shellac French polish. Just wipe them with a cotton cloth will keep your guitar as new.
